Position Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in or municipal design and/or reviews.
- Some AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is preferred.
- Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design tasks include stormwater and detention basin, and infrastructure rehabilitation, various state and local permitting.
- Report preparation.
- Preparation of permit applications.
- Review of subdivision plans and utility plans submitted by developers for approval.
- Review development plans for conformance with local ordinances, including subdivision and land development, zoning, grading, stormwater, escrow accounts, construction administration.
