Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed civil engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Assist in the planning and design of site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway systems
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, profiles, cross-sections, and details
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance
- Review and revise designs based on feedback and regulatory requirements
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to company standards and procedures
- Support permitting processes by preparing required documentation and responding to agency comments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
- EIT Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in civil design, preferably in land development or infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
