Water/Wastewater – Project Manager (PA & NJ) Full-Time

Locations: Warrington, PA  |  Malvern, PA  |  Easton, PA  |  Hillsborough, NJ
Department: Water/Wastewater Engineering
Position Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

  • BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania is required
  • 15+ years of experience with water/wastewater engineering, including:
    • New infrastructure and Rehabilitation of existing infrastructure for:
      • Sewer collection
      • Conveyance
      • Pump stations and treatment
      • Water supply:
        • Treatment
        • Transmission
        • Storage
        • Pumping
        • Distribution
  • Experience working with local and state agencies including PADEP
  • Progressive experience working directly with clients and managing all aspects of projects
  • Excellent communication, project management, and client relation skills
  • Strong organization and leadership skills with a track record for understanding and adhering to contractual requirements
  • Preparation of Act 537 Plans is a plus
  • Some AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of multiple engineering projects for client representatives and senior project managers
  • Assist with client representation, including public meeting attendance
  • Supervise department staff assigned projects
  • Prepare evaluations of existing and proposed facilities to identify improvement alternatives, including project costing
  • Supervise the preparation of plans and specifications, permitting, bidding, and construction administration for capital projects
  • Sewer system condition evaluations include televising sewers
  • Coordinating with contractors and client staff
  • Act 537 Plans
  • Chapter 94 Reports
  • Review of proposed land development projects
  • Assisting with QA/QC for design reviews
